AI Startup MVP
Sense is an AI that lives in your messages. It learns what drives you, then rallies your people to help you follow through. I led the product definition, from research to MVP scope, and our team turned it into a prototype and a launch film.

01 · Research
People wanted support, not an audience
So one or two trusted people see progress, never the data: “2 of 3 done”, nothing more. The research didn’t kill the social idea. It decided who sees what.
want to see how their daily choices affect how they feel
described the same gap: “I know what to do, I just don’t do it”
59% track privately, but the help that worked came from a partner, therapist or kid

6 of 10 people described the same loop without being asked. Even the therapist I interviewed said the hardest part is turning insight into change. A product that only shows people their patterns would sell them something they already have. Psychology calls this the intention–behaviour gap: a large shift in intention produces only a small-to-medium shift in behaviour
02 · Defining the MVP
One goal, one loop, nine moments.
We built it as the demo for fundraising and stakeholders. Each chapter plays the conversation on the phone, with its decisions listed alongside, so anyone can see the MVP work end to end and understand why it works that way.
iMessage, not WhatsApp
The product was dense, the wording didn't match how investors and agents talk, and people left the app to call, take notes or track deals.
Connecting with people
For every feature I studied the industry-standard tools our users already used, so Goliath felt familiar from day one. Then I designed where we could do better.
A lighter intake
I owned each feature from idea to release, balancing what users needed, what the business needed and what engineering could build
Momentum, not streaks
Each release went out, the team flagged issues in Slack and we fixed them fast. That loop shaped the next round of design.
